The Traditional Investments Division at DWS covers Active Asset Classes (e.g., Equity, Fixed Income & Cash, Multi Asset) as well as the Passive business. This includes a comprehensive exploration of investment management, always keeping the core objective of Asset Management in mind: strategically investing client capital to generate income while balancing risk and opportunity in their investment portfolios.
As an intern in Traditional Investments, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program the following year.
- You must be enrolled in penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in-between bachelor and master's degree.
- You must be available for between 3-6 months. There are flexible intakes available - Spring, Summer and Autumn.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
- You must possess Advanced German language skills.
