With the Alternatives Investment Real Estate division, DWS offers access to a global platform that invests in all real estate segments. The range of services includes portfolio management of mutual funds, special funds, and closed-end funds, supported by the Transactions, Asset Management, and various organizational units at over 15 locations on four continents. At Alternatives, you will get to know the entire life cycle of a real estate investment - from purchase, through management, to sale - and discover that teamwork plays a very important role for us.
As an intern within Alternatives Investments - Real Estate, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program the following year.
- You must be enrolled in penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in-between bachelor and master's degree.
- You must be available for between 3-6 months. There are flexible intakes available - Spring, Summer and Autumn.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
- You must posses fluent German language skills.
