In this division, you'll find yourself in a stimulating international environment, at the crossroads of collaboration with departments such as the CIO office, sales, product specialists, and infrastructure functions. Your daily activities will involve managing the launch and update processes for investment funds, as well as overseeing the product governance process. Through this program, you will gain extensive insights into the value chain of a global asset manager and learn the significance of partnering with external asset management companies, all while building a broad and diverse internal network.
As a P.A.C.E. Graduate in the Product Division, you will join a comprehensive two-year program consisting of a technical and professional skills training period, followed by four rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
- You must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degree in either 2024 or 2025.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
- You must be available to start full-time work on the 1st September 2025.
- You must possess Advanced German language skills.
