As a P.A.C.E. Graduate in Human Resources, you will join a comprehensive program consisting of a technical and professional skills training period, followed by four rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.
- You must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either 2024 or 2025.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
- You must be available to start full-time work on September 1st, 2025.
- You must have Advanced German language skills.
