The dwsAchieve summer program is a dynamic eight-week introduction to the world of asset management, tailored for Sophomore students from diverse backgrounds—including those who identify as women, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQI, veterans, people with disabilities, and others with unique perspectives—or students actively engaged in promoting diversity. During the program, you will immerse yourself in the financial industry, working on substantial projects, gaining technical knowledge, and engaging in speaker sessions and networking events. This experience is designed to show how DWS values inclusivity and innovation, encouraging interns to contribute their unique insights and make a meaningful difference. Successful participants will have the opportunity to progress to the DWS Analyst Internship program in the subsequent year, furthering their journey in finance. Opportunities on the dwsAchieve Internship program will be available in the Client Coverage Division, which is dedicated to crafting sustainable financial futures for our diverse clientele, which includes institutional investors and distributors across the globe. At the heart of our service is innovation; we blend creativity, intelligence, and cutting-edge technology to forge novel solutions that address the evolving financial needs of our clients. Our mission revolves around delivering investment services and strategies designed to enhance capital growth. You must currently enrolled in an education institution based in the United States, AND/OR have the right to work in the United States (e.g. you are a US citizen). Please note DWS does not provide visa sponsorship for this program. You must be available between June to August 2024. This is an 8-week program running with exact dates to be confirmed. You are a sophomore student who identify as diverse (for example, students who identify as women, Black, Hispanic/Latinx, LGBTQI, veterans, people with disabilities, and those who may be diverse in other ways) and/or students who can show a commitment to diversity.
