Our worldwide team is the interface for the external and internal communication with all relevant stakeholder groups. We deal with media relations, social media, political communications, corporate social responsibility, internal communications, multi-channel content, and brand management. You will be working in a sub-division with roundabout 50 staff members. Our remit includes support for the strategy, key growth areas and financial goals for DWS, strengthening the ‘human face’ of DWS and constantly renewing our brand strategy and narrative. We undertake constantly active and reactive media work, contribute to social media, owned web content, and DWS intranet, as well as public and regulatory affairs work. As our DWS graduate you will: Support the conceptualisation / execution of the engagement plan to increase DWS' visibility as a leading voice of the asset management industry with relevant public stakeholders, by monitoring media sources and carrying out research as required Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on relevant communication pieces, meetings, events and information Prepare first drafts of articles, press releases, emails, letters and briefings Cooperate with colleagues within the whole business to leverage various communications channels where appropriate.
As a P.A.C.E. Graduate in Communications, Brand & CSR, you will join a comprehensive two-year program consisting of a technical and professional skills training period, follow by four rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your training in a practical setting with expert guidance. - You must have graduated or be on track to graduate from a bachelor's or master's degree in either 2024 or 2025.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding internships).
- You must be available to start full-time work on the 1st September 2025.
- You must possess Advanced German language skills.
