The primary aim of the Client Coverage Division is to provide sustainable financial futures for all of our clients and to serve our institutional investors and distributors worldwide. As our DWS Intern you will:

  • Analyse data given to you by your managers/team to support their work
  • Create supporting documents, presentations and overviews that are valuable for the work of DWS
  • Collaborate with immediate colleagues and the wider global team
  • Take part in exciting social events and CSR initiatives  
  • Receive professional skills training to prepare you for the industry
  • Complete an individual case study and have a chance to present back to senior stakeholders

The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program the following year.

Eligibility

  • Must hold valid right to work in Hong Kong from the 16th of June through to the 22nd of August 2025.
  • Must be available to work full-time from the 16th of June through to the 22nd of August 2025.
  • Must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2025 - July 2026.
  • Must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
