The Chief Investment Office (CIO Office) of DWS forms the core of the investment platform by bringing together the expertise of the global network of investment managers into a global, consistent economic and market assessment: the "CIO View." This CIO View, including its internal communication is a fundamental part of DWS’s investment process. To create this view, we work closely with portfolio managers and analysts as well as with Compliance, Marketing and Communications to inform the public and our clients about our view of political, economic, and financial-market-related events. Through our global network of specialists, we are able to develop and communicate an assessment of a wide range of topics at very short notice.
As an intern in the CIO office, you will have the opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. Whilst you can expect a high learning curve from our Internship, you will benefit from the support of your managers and mentors along with unparalleled exposure to the world of Asset Management. This internship is an ideal way to determine whether a career in Financial Services & Asset Management meets your personal aspirations. Subject to performance, successful interns may be offered a place on the DWS Graduate P.A.C.E. program the following year.
