AFC cooperates closely with regulatory authorities and contributes to the fight against cybercrime. Areas of responsibility include adherence and policy management for anti-fraud, bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and embargoes. Compliance is mandated by regulators to be an independent control function that advises the management body and other relevant staff on regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. Compliance establishes policies, procedures and processes to prevent and detect violations and manages compliance risks through training, risk assessments, surveillance, testing and monitoring.

- You must hold valid right to work in the US from June 2nd – August 8th, 2025.
- You must be available to work full-time (including a minimum of 3 days per week in the office) from June 2nd – August 8th, 2025.
- You must be enrolled and on track to graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in 2026.
- You must possess less than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience (excluding other internships).
